Farm cottages offer guests an intimate, out of town, experience. The farm cottages vary considerably in creature comforts. Ranging from the most basic form of down to earth accommodation, some without electricity, although fully functional gas system and oil lamps are provided, for that real rustic getaway, to the most upmarket fully fitted farm cottage retreat offering all the amenities and extra special furnishings and appliances, creating an illusion of five star accommodation in the middle of nowhere. Although most Greyton farm accommodation venues do not allow pets, the wildlife to be seen can be exceptional. The birds of prey, our national bird the blue crane and spotted eagle owls, are in abundance. Some of the farms even offer farm produce, such as milk and various meats. Other farms have sheep, cows and horses running wild. The rivers and dams are clear and crisp, making them wonderful to swim in. The opportunity and experience of farm cottages cannot compare to regular accommodation.

Oom Barrie se Huisie is a tastefully decorated and fully equipped Greyton farm accommodation cottage that sleeps six, with one double room and space for four persons in the attic. Please note there is no electricity, telephone or television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and the bathroom has hot and cold running water. Oewerzicht Farm Cottages - 7 to choose from - Rates from R1400 per night
Oewerzicht Farm houses three farm style cottages situated about 50 meters from the river, as well as four cottages on the hill situated about 300 meters from the river, with panoramic views of the Riviersonderend mountain range.Oewerzicht provides bedding, towels, a crate of firewood (wood can be purchased from the farm) for all of the Cottages. Elandskloof Farm Riverside Cottages - 5 Cottages - Rates from R1100 per night
Elandskloof Farm offer five Riverside Cottages that are built in a cluster together on the other side of the river, next to the swimming weir.
