Greyton Accommodation

Elandskloof Farm offer five Riverside Cottages for Greyton farm accommodation, which are built in a cluster together on the other side of the river, next to the swimming weir. Each cottage has an upstairs and downstairs unit with separate entrances. All cottages are fully equipped for self-catering and consist of a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher to ensure that everyone has a break from the dishes! Outside there is a weber braai and there is also an undercover braai area for communal braaing and eating. The upstairs units have gorgeous views over the valley.

The downstairs unit is a lovely cottage which sleeps 6 people and has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. A bunkbed is situated in the living area and there are two single beds in the loft. There is a 2nd full bathroom. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen which opens into the dining and living area and there is a fireplace in the lounge. Pets are welcome in the 6 sleeper cottage but we request that they be supervised at all times. Please note that these Greyton self catering accommodation farm cottages (4 and 6 – sleeper) are semi-detached.
The upstairs units are our bachelor cottages which sleeps 2 guests and consists of one open plan sleeping (queen bed) and kitchen/living area with a separate bathroom. There is a separate entrance with the stairs being on the outside (not connected to downstairs unit).

     

     

Booking Terms and Conditions for Riverside Cottages Farm Accommodation in Greyton
There is a 2 night minimum stay for the Riverside cottages in Greyton
A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of making a booking in order to confirm same
Failure to pay the deposit on or before deadline date will result in the booking being cancelled
The balance of the fee is to be paid at least 10 days before arrival date
Unfortunately the Elandskloof Riverside Cottages are not pet friendly
Check in time is 2:00PM and check-out by 12:00AM on the day of departure. Check out on Sundays by 17h00
Smoking is only permitted outside the cottages.

Cancellation Policy of Riverside Cottages Elandskloof Farm in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
Any cancellations within 10 days of occupation date are non-refundable.
A 20% administration fee will be levied on cancellations, other than above.
On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% of deposit, or 25% of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
28 days or more before arrival - 50% of deposit, or 25% of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
