12 Weder Street is a newly built French Country style home offering its guests luxurious Greyton self catering accommodation. The back veranda and entertainment area runs the length of the house and has a lounge area with outside furniture, umbrellas and shade awnings. There is also a large outside dining table that can seat up to twelve people. This is adjacent to the built-in braai. A large lawn area with beautiful views of the Riviersonderend mountains separate the entertainment area from the lovely swimming pool with wooden deck and shading as well as luxurious deck chairs to relax on. The house has off street parking for up to four cars as well as a lockable garage for one car.

12 Weder Street in Greyton consists of a lounge area with comfortable chairs and couches, a coffee table, modern flat screen television and a wood burning fire place. There is also a hanging ceiling fan. Various lighting options for the lounge, dining room and kitchen offers dim-able light to create the atmosphere you are after. All lights in the house are dim-able. Four sets of double French doors - one from the front entrance and the other three leading to the back veranda, braai, and pool entertainment areas lead from this space. The dining room area has a large wooden dining table that can seat up to ten people, while the adjacent kitchen breakfast/preparation island can seat a further four. The kitchen is equipped with all the required creature comforts - crockery and cutlery, two basins, dishwasher, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, 5 plate gas hob and oven, microwave oven and double door fridge/freezer with water ice dispenser. From the kitchen, a passageway leads to the stairs for the upper level, the garage and laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer), as well as to the guest bathroom (toilet and wash basin) and on, towards the main bedroom.

This is a very large and airy room with an en-suite bathroom. Large wet room style shower, separate toilet and bath, plus double wash basins and mirrors. En-suite to the bedroom area with beautiful free standing wooden closet for clothes, double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a hanging fan. Dim-able lights throughout, and two sets of double French doors. One leading to the back garden and one to the swimming pool area.

Double bed with bedside tables and lamps and hanging ceiling fan. Closet with drawer for clothes and coat hooks. En-suite bathroom with toilet, bath, wash basin, and wet room style shower. This room also has double French doors leading to the back veranda, garden and swimming pool areas.
Upstairs Bedroom One
Two single beds with bedside tables and lamps, coat hooks and ceiling fan. Closet with hanging space, drawer and mirror. En-suite bathroom with wash basin and wet room style shower, as well as a toilet.
Upstairs Bedroom Two
Double bed with bedside tables and lamps. Hanging ceiling fan and coat hooks as well as large closet with drawer for clothes. This is a lovely large bedroom with a beautiful view over the garden and the swimming pool. En-suite bathroom with basin, toilet and large wet room style shower.
