Greyton Accommodation

The Views main house, is a Greyton self catering accommodation establishment, which sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms and has two full bathrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds while the fourth has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. All bedrooms have fans, heaters and electric blankets. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

The lounge has a fireplace and a TV and leads onto a patio with seating areas and braai facilities. The studio units are separate from the house with their own private entrances. Each unit features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchenette. Each unit has a private outdoor seating area and communal braai facilities that guest may make use of. Amenities provided include a fan, heater, electric blanket, TV and Wi-Fi
On-site facilities include Wi-Fi, gym, Satellite TV and pets by arrangement.

This Greyton self catering accommodation consists of:-
• 4 spacious bedrooms with king size beds, 1 king size bed can be converted into 2 single beds
• All bedrooms have wall heaters for those Winter nights
• 2 full modern bathrooms and all linen and towels are provided
• Fully equipped open plan kitchen with all standard untensils and appliances
• Cozy lounge with fireplace and TV
• Living and entertainment areas furnished with comfortable furniture
• Large private patio and outside entertainment area with braai facilities, including a Weber braai
• Wood, charcoal and firelighters are provided for one fire only
• Extensive garden with an eco-pond and a young vineyard looking towards the Sonderend Mountain Range
• Children and pets welcome
• Splash fresh water pool.

Booking Terms and Conditions
• Minimum stay of 2 nights
• Cash or EFT, no credit and debit cards or cheques
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the reservation, balance due on arrival
• Check-in 2:00PM and check-out 10:00AM South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy for The Views Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
