Tucked away in one of Greyton’s prettiest streets, Charming Rose Cottage is a beautifully appointed Victorian home with the perfect blend of countryside tranquillity and old-world charm.

Lovingly decorated with handmade quilts, vintage treasures, and locally inspired artwork, the cottage is a delightful retreat for those seeking rest and restoration. The cottage sleeps up to five guests, featuring two serene bedrooms with crisp white linen, plump duvets, and fresh valley air drifting through the windows. A cozy single bed just off the living room is ideal for a small child. Two bathrooms, one with a classic bath and the other with a shower add comfort and convenience. The heart of the cottage, the kitchen, is a warm and welcoming space, perfect for slow breakfasts, shared recipes, and wine-swirled conversations. Cancellation Policy for Charming Rose Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
