De Hoop Cottage is a delightful, fresh and beautifully furnished Greyton self catering cottage which is able to sleep four guests comfortably in its two upstairs bedrooms. Situated in Vigne Lane, the cottage is within easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, art galleries and the Saturday Morning Market. De Hoop Cottage is surrounded by a large spectacular garden, with beautiful mountain views seen from the outside wood-fired hot tub and guest entertainment and braai areas. There is safe off street parking for guests vehicles on the property.

De Hoop Cottage Accommodation Facilities and Amenities
The country kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, a 4 plate gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee plunger, kettle and toaster. The downstairs lounge is tastefully furnished with a fire place and a TV with full DSTV (No card or decoder required) and offering lovely entertainment areas. The lounge area also has cold/hot air conditioning. The dining area forms part of the kitchen area which has a ten seater dining table for guests. There is modern outside braai area with seating, overlooking the tranquil garden with beautiful mountain views.

           

De Hoop Cottage Self Catering Guest Bedrooms
De Hoop self catering cottage consists of a main bedroom with an extra length king size bed and a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a free standing bath, shower and basin and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air-conditioning. Fresh percale linen and towels are provided for guests. A new addition to our Greyton self catering cottage, is our outdoor wood-fired hot tub which can seat about 4 to 6 guests. The outdoor hot tub will be clean and ready to use on your arrival; all you need to do is to keep adding pieces of wood to the oven to keep the water warm. The hot tub is nestled around the corner of the cottage, giving it more privacy.

50% deposit required to confirm reservation of this accommodation in Greyton South Africa
Balance of payment is payable three days prior to arrival
Check-in time 2:00pm and check-out 10:00am South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged
Minimum stay of 2 nights is required
De Hoop Cottage is pet friendly but guests need to sign a pet policy
Please take note - the hot tubs are not in use at the moment due to water restrictions.

Cancellation Policy for De Hoop Cottage Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
