Booking Terms & Conditions for De Kale Kat Greyton accommodation
A minimum stay of two nights is required for this accommodation in Greyton
During Peak Season a minimum of 5 nights stay is required
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance payable 3 days prior to arrival
Check-in time 2:00pm and check-out by 10:00am South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged
Only Internet (EFT) payments are accepted, no cash, cheques, credit or debit cards accepted
Pets are not allowed
Rates are negotiable if booking for three nights or more

Cancellation Policy for De Kale Kat Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the house for the same period.
