Les Terres Noires is a beautiful and spacious Greyton self catering accommodation holiday home, located just opposite the Greyton Nature Reserve and being able to accommodate eight guests comfortably making the home ideal for a family or group of friends. The spacious home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom offers two single beds and the other upstairs carpeted bedroom has a king size bed. The main living area has two living rooms and a large dining room that can seat 8 guests. The kitchen brings a touch of modern design to the house and it is well equipped with a big double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob with gas plates with double electric eye level oven, coffee machine and laundry with washing machine. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

Les Terres Noires main living room has comfortable seating and a small library with a large selection of books for guests to enjoy. The second living room has a flat-screen TV and a satellite dish. Guests can enjoy a full DSTV package. There is a fireplace in the main bedroom and both living rooms. Outside, guests will find a swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, which features a water dam, and a covered veranda and entertainment area with a full braai area with its chimney and magnificent views of the surrounding mountains of Greyton. Poly cotton percale Linen & bath/hand towels provided. Guests are to bring their own wood, charcoal, fire lighters and swimming towels.

50% deposit required prior to arrival to confirm reservation, balance payable in cash on arrival

Check-in time 02:00pm and check-out 10h00 South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged

Cancellation Policy
Where cancellation occurs:
On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
