Misty Meadow is a Greyton self catering accommodation establishment, one of Greyton’s most charming cottages. Looking out at the mountains over a natural swimming pool, the central feature of this large garden, providing indoor/outdoor living areas. It has been restored to provide modern comforts, yet it has lost none of its original character. The lounge and dining room are beautifully furnished, opening out onto a wide veranda to enjoy the summer days. There is also an outdoor fireplace with comfy furniture. Gather around the pool table or outdoor braai and switch off to modern stress.

The main bedroom upstairs has an en-suite, with large Victorian bath and lots of space. Downstairs there are two twin rooms, sleeping two people each. The larger room of the two has its own patio and small wood burner. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and the choice of an indoor or completely private outdoor shower. Children can be accommodated on Snooza beds and there is a guest toilet. Crisp white cotton linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee plunger. There is a washing machine in the garage and an added bonus for guests, is the supply of three bicycles. Wood is also provided and there is plenty off-street parking.

Minimum stay of 2 nights

50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the reservation, balance due on arrival

Cancellation Policy for Misty Meadows Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
