At Owl’s Roost accommodation - Necia and Rod look forward to welcoming you to their little piece of paradise nestled up against the Riviersonderend mountains in Greyton. We guarantee a good night's sleep, interrupted only by the night calls of the Eagle or Wood owls. Owl’s Roost is perfectly situated 600m from the quaint Saturday morning market and equidistant from the Nature Reserve entrance.

A variety of Mountain bike and hiking trails are easily accessed as is the Gobos river for swimming. It is possible to park your car inside the property and not have to take it out again until it is time to leave! Restaurants and Village shopping are easily reached on foot.

• minimum 2-night booking (3 nights if long weekend)

Requirements: Non smokers
• no under 12-year-olds
• no pets
• arrival time 2pm, departure time 10am (unless prior arrangements are made)

Minimum stay of 2 nights
Cash or EFT, no credit and debit cards or cheques
50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the reservation, balance due on arrival
Check-in 2:00PM and check-out 10:00AM South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy for Owl's Roost Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
