Rose Apple Cottage is situated in Greyton, South Africa, a beautiful country village nestled in the mountains. The owners recently renovated their holiday house creating a beautifully sectioned part of the house for weekend rentals. You will have complete privacy and full use of the garden. This is a lovely compact weekend home perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a couple with two children (up to 12 years of age only). The cottage has an alarm, trellidoors and off street parking for guests vehicles. Linen and towels, coffee and tea and full DSTV are provided.
Rose Apple Cottage Self Catering Accommodation Facilities
This self catering cottage in Greyton has an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen consists of a microwave, electric frying pan, (no hob or oven), kettle, toaster, cutlery/crockery, built in Weber braai that doubles as an open fire-place (please bring your own wood and fire lighters) and a small fridge. The lounge has two wooden sofas that open up into sofa beds, full DSTV, a flat screen TV with USB and HDMI facility, a DVD player and an oil heater. The large sliding, concertina doors open up onto a beautifully landscaped garden, with magnificent views of Abduls Kop Mountain. A 6-seater iron outside table and chairs is provided for you, ideal for braai’s and afternoon sundowners. There are many rose bushes and plants and the garden is very well kept.

Rose Apple Cottage consists of one luxury double bedroom with a queen bed, terracotta tiled floors, built in cupboards and draws, ceiling fans for summer, heating panels for winter, large mirror and an area for working if you need to keep in touch with the office. This room opens up onto a patio and large manicured garden. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and a bidet. Two sofa beds are provided for two children.

Cancellation Policy for Rose Apple Cottage Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
