Greyton Accommodation

Serendipity is located beside the Nature Reserve and in a quiet road high above the main thoroughfare of Greyton. The cottage is set in the centre of a spacious garden with beautiful views of the Riviersonderend mountains. There are two double bedrooms , one bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is open plan with a dining area and real log fireplace. The swimming pool is positioned at the back of the cottage up a slight hill. There is a permanent thatched gazebo by the pool with sun loungers and the most magnificent view of the mountains.

Serendipity consists of the following:-
Serendipity sleeps 4 adults comfortably. It has a fully equipped Kitchen with a toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, coffee machine (bring your own pods) fridge, washing machine and comes with tea, coffee and milk. The Lounge has a log fireplace for those cosy winter days. There is a flat screen television with full DSTV. There is an Oregon dining table and chairs. The accommodation comes with all linen and towels and a starter pack of logs and matches are also provided.

The Bedrooms
The cottage has two bedrooms. The main bedroom comprises of a double bed with storage cupboards, heating panel and hot water bottles for those cold nights, a hair dryer is also supplied. Sliding patio doors lead you straight onto the back verandah and garden area. The upstairs bedroom is in the Mezzanine. The second bedroom comprises of double bed, also with hot water bottles There is a fan here for the hot summer days and plenty of storage. There is one bathroom which is downstairs. It has a newly refurbished walk in shower.

Balance of payment is payable prior to your arrival
Check-in time 2:00pm and check-out 10:00am South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged

Cancellation Policy for Serendipity Accommodation in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
