Oewerzicht Farm is a Greyton wedding venue in a unique location - on the banks of the Riviersonderend River, with the Riviersonderend mountains as the perfect backdrop. Turn your Wedding day into a Wedding Week-end and spend this special time with your family and friends! The stone-clad LAPA only a few meters from the bank of the Riviersonderend River is a very popular venue for the bride who dreams of a wedding in the country. Oewerzicht is happy to assist you in finding service providers such as caterers, florist, hair stylist, musicians, minister, hiring agencies for a dance floor, musicians, etc.

Oewerzicht Wedding Venues and Accommodation
It is perfect for smaller weddings of up to 80 (seated) guests, as well as room for a dance area. For larger weddings, Oewerzicht has a 25m x 14,5m freeform (stretch) tent which can accommodate up to 150 (seated) guests, as well as room for a larger dance floor. For weddings in either of the venues on the farm, Oewerzicht requires a booking of all our Greyton self catering accommodation facilities closest to the venue, for 2 nights, i.e. The 6 tents and the farm cottages, Welgelee, Bergzicht and Citrus, over weekends. A mid-week wedding can be booked for 1 night only. Oewerzicht can accommodate 42-44 of your wedding guests, should you want to book all the accommodation facilities on the farm for your guests.

Lapa
The Lapa consists of a 2 side, breakaway room, 9 x 5m & open squared space of 8 x 5m and can comfortably hold 80 guests (seated). The Lapa includes a fully equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Tent
The Tent is a freeform (stretch) tent and can comfortably hold 150 guests (seated). The Tent includes a fully equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
Oewerzicht handles the bar facilities, which are either cash, open or tab. There is a R20 corkage charge per bottle for own wine or sparkling wine. Please click here to view our Greyton farm accommodation.
