High Hopes is a Greyton Bed & Breakfast establishment, nestled in a beautiful woodland garden setting and also consists of a retreat and therapy centre, renowned for the quality of its service, luxurious accommodation and the caring approach of its professional staff. On the guest house side High Hopes offers five luxurious garden rooms, all with private garden entrances. Breakfasts are prepared and served personally by owner Sharon Peddie, and are raved about, with her unique and delicious freshly sourced ingredients, four course, including is a vegetarian breakfast with daily menu changes.

High Hopes Greyton Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Guest Room Facilities:
Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk is provided in all the rooms. All our guest rooms have separate private entrances and open either into the garden or onto verandas with café style chairs and tables. All our beds have percale cotton bed-linen and down duvets. Fans and fireplaces are fitted and supplied in all our guest rooms. We are the closest Greyton B&B to all hiking and cycling trails in the village and the Greyton Nature Reserve. All of the well known Greyton restaurants, galleries, and tennis courts are all within easy walking distance. All rooms have excellent quality beds.

     

High Hopes Greyton Bed and Breakfast (B&B) Accommodation Guest Rooms:
Camelia Room - A generously appointed, very comfortable self-catering room. Double bed (queen size), lounge area with wood-burning fireplace and a comfortable sleeper-couch, with a well-equipped kitchen, private veranda and en-suite bathroom (bath only, with handshower). Special requests to stock fridge and cupboards before arrival are and available option.

           

Iris Room - A romantic and cosy double room (queen size bed) with wood-burning fireplace and en-suite bathroom (shower only). This intimate room looks through twisting roses across the raised pond and tiered fountain.
Lily Room - Large room with King size extra length or twin beds, DSTV (satellite, small-screen), wood-burning fireplace in sitting area, en-suite bathroom (bath only), private breakfast area with luxurious fitting.

Cancellation Policy for High Hopes Bed & Breakfast in Greyton South Africa
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the room for the same period.
