6 du Toit Street is a quaint Greyton accommodation self catering thatch cottage with a well established garden and great views of the surrounding mountain. The cottage consists of a partly fitted kitchen with a fridge with small freezer compartment, a full gas stove with an oven, kettle and a toaster. The open plan lounge has a gas fireplace and the dining area includes a guest dining table that can seat 8 to 10 guests. 6 du Toit Street cottage does not have a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer or dishwasher and there is also no TV.

The cottage is able to accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms, two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The Main bedroom consists of a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet & basin, while the second bedroom consists of 2 single beds. There is also a loft room with 2 single beds that shares a full bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin. All linen, bath and hand towels are provided and extra blankets for those cold winter nights in Greyton. The outside entertainment area has its own patio with weber braai facilities. Guests need to bring their own wood, charcoal and firelighters.

50% deposit payable to secure the booking and the balance due 3 days prior to arrival
Smoking only permitted outside the house
Check-in time 14h00 and check-out 10h00 South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged
Owners are more than happy to let weekend guests check out late Sunday afternoon

Cancellation Policy for 6 du Toit Street Cottage Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
