Greyton Accommodation

Heron House is a comfortable family-oriented Greyton self catering accommodation cottage with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom has an extra length queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and basin (plus outside shower-under-the-stars), and also has an inter-leading study area equipped with a trundle bed (2 single beds one sliding out the bottom). The second bedroom comes with a double bed and the third bedroom with two double bunk beds. The second and the third bedrooms have two additional bathrooms to use, one with bath, toilet & basin and one with shower, toilet and basin. The cottage sleeps up to ten guests.

The fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge/freezer, full 4 plate electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, sandwich toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a six seater dining table, and with the outside undercover patio and entertainment area with its braai facilities, it has another six seater dining area. Heron House has a full DSTV Package so guests do not have to bring their own DSTV card or decoder. Enjoy the sparkling swimming pool with loungers, surrounded by a beautiful garden that is child friendly, with no open ponds and a safety net covering the swimming pool. Heron House is within easy walking distance to all amenities, close to mountain bike trails and the nature reserve walks. Take a short stroll into the village, restaurants and Village Grocer within a few hundred metres. Wood, charcoal, fire lighters and swimming towels are not provided.

Minimum stay of 2 nights and no pets allowed
50% deposit required prior to arrival to confirm reservation, balance payable before arrival
Smoking only permitted outside the house
Check-in time 14h00 and check-out 10h00 South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged
Owners are more than happy to let weekend guests check out late Sunday afternoon

Driving directions to Heron House Greyton self catering accommodation cottage from Cape Town.
From Cape Town: Take the N2 out of Cape Town and over Sir Lowry´s Pass
5 km before Caledon there is a turn-off (to the left) to Greyton (R406)
Take this turn-off and follow the road for 20-25mins. The road ends in Greyton’s Main Street
As you drive in to Greyton, you are on the Main Street (Hoof St)
At the 2nd Stop Street, with The Post House on your left, turn RIGHT into Ds Botha Street
You will drive past the Oak and Vigne on your Right hand side and the Municipal Offices on your Left
This road becomes a dirt road and you will take the first turn RIGHT into Von Solms Street
Heron House Self Catering Accommodation is at Number 31, look out for the white stones outside the gate.
