Shady Oaks is a Greyton self catering accommodation cottage, that is spacious and comfortably furnished, and situated in a quiet area of Greyton, close to the mountains. Shady Oaks offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and outdoor under cover entertainment areas set in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and gazebo. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed with adjacent bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. There is a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for children.

The spacious lounge has a fireplace and a 12-seater dining area leading to an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. The lounge opens onto an undercover patio area with comfortable outside furniture. The braai area has built in braai facilities and a gazebo with a dining area overlooking a sparkling swimming pool. The lounge has flat screen TV with DSTV (no card required). There is secure parking for at least 4 cars inside the property.

Cancellation Policy
Where cancellation occurs:
On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
