Greyton Accommodation

Thirteen on Vigne is a newly restored Greyton self catering accommodation house, situated down the historical Vigne Lane in the village. Our open plan and cozy self catering house is within easy walking distance to to all shops, coffee shops and restaurants as well as Greyton’s famous Saturday morning market. The lovely open plan and country style kitchen overlooks the fully enclosed garden, with an outside entertainment area with a built in braai and outside seating for guests. Thirteen on Vigne has a swimming pool for its guests and towels are provided.

Thirteen on Vigne Self Catering Accommodation Facilities
Thirteen on Vigne in Greyton consists of two double bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. There is a separate study area with two single sleeper couches to accommodate an extra 2 guests. All linen and towels are provided. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with shower and the other with a victorian style bath. There is a dining area and an open plan kitchen and cozy lounge with a fireplace, as well as a laundry with a washing machine and there is a garage and off-street parking for guests. The house does not have a TV.

A minimum stay of two nights is required for this accommodation in Greyton
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance payable before arrival
Check-in time 11:00m and check-out by 10:00am South Africa time, unless otherwise arranged
Internet payments (EFT) and Cash are the only accepted forms of payment
Pets are allowed but by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy for 13 on Vigne in Greyton
Where cancellation occurs:
A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds
If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 21 – 29 days before arrival, 25% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 14 – 20 days before arrival, 50% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled 7 – 13 days before arrival, 75% of full rate may be charged
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of full rate may be payable
Peak Season (1 November to 1 February) No deposits will be refunded unless we re-let the cottage for the same period.
